The Esplanade has been welcoming guests since the 1920s, when five fine Victorian townhouses were combined to create our beautiful hotel. Purchased by the Morgans family in October 2020, The Esplanade has since undergone extensive refurbishment - blending modern comfort with the character that has made it one of the best-loved places to stay in Llandudno, Wales, for over a century.

Looking for places to eat in Llandudno? The Goat is one of the most welcoming restaurants in town, open daily from 8am to 11pm (midnight on Fridays and Saturdays). With modern decor, an expansive open-plan dining room and a gorgeous bar area, we serve dishes crafted from the finest ingredients, inspired by both global and local flavours.
Hotel guests can start the day with a cooked or continental breakfast, served from 8am to 10am. Lunch is available Monday to Saturday from 12pm to 4:30pm, and dinner, the main event, is served daily from 5pm to 9pm.
