We have a small car park to the rear of The Esplanade. Guests have full use of this on a first-come, first-served basis, however, we cannot guarantee a parking space. There are plenty of alternative car parks for parking in Llandudno town should you need to use them.
Bikes can be stored securely free of charge at the hotel, in order to store your bike, please contact our reception team upon booking to book your space.
Prices paid are based on demand and the number of guests occupying the room. Each room has a maximum capacity so please contact us to amend your booking prior to your arrival if you are expecting more guests and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.
Unfortunately, with the exception of assistance dogs, we cannot welcome dogs or any pets to the hotel at this time. If provisions need to be made for your assistant dog, please contact our reception team upon booking.
Check-in is from 3pm, check-out is 10am. For early check-in, please call ahead to ask for availability prior to your arrival. If you would like to check out late, please ask at reception.
